Funerals and Memorials are difficult for families. We are here to care, listen, and help you make your best decisions regarding honoring a loved one. In the midst of grieving, you and your family must make many important decisions. We often hear, "I wish that they had talked about death and had known the desires of my loved one." To make things a little easier we put together a guide to help make your personal desires known to your family or to the Pastor of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. You may wish to complete this request sheet together with your spouse, a relative or friend, or you may complete it by yourself.
