Thank you to all who share their time in helping our building and grounds look great. Do you know most of our parking lot gardens have been adopted by members? A way to thank them would be to participate in opportunities below.

Volunteer Opportunities at St. Luke's:
 Clean up outside (See the photos of outside the building):
  • Junipers need to be "shaped" up or trimmed back.
  • There is two trees by the bench by door A that are growing together.
  • The fenced in area (by garage door where trash is) needs a total clean out-no volunteer trees growing in there.
  • The dead sticks (in photos) around new plant growth need to be cut-any weeds, dandelions, volunteer trees along the building in the mulch need to be pulled out.
  • Garden outside door E one time clean up or feel free to adopt. 

 Other work outside:
  • The sign on the light pole by door A needs to be lowered about 6" to 1' to look better ad be noticeable.
  • Wood pile by door by fire ring - clean up pile and feel free to take what you want.

  Work inside:
  • Replace any burnt out lights (we should have new one in boiler room) I noticed multiple lights outs in hallway by Deacon Stephanie's office and Rob's office, Also lights are out in entryway by Music/Sean office
  • Clean any bugs out of the light fixtures (some by Library) and wipe fixture clean.
  • Replace broken ceiling tile in narthex along with paint or get rid if rust grid from old water damage (near ushers closet)
  • Wipe, clorox wipe any areas in the church that get touched frequently. i.e. door handles, push or crash bars on doors, push plates on restroom doors. etc.
