Our Summer Theme is “A Child will lead us.” We are using the Bible readings our St. Luke’s Children and Youth are using during Vacation Bible School, Camp Wapo, and the High School Mission Trip Boundary Water Devotions.
 
The past couple Sundays we walked through the Vacation Bible School, “Snowball Mountain Challenge.”  Over the next 6-weeks we will be following Camp Wapo’s daily devotions.

I invite you to “Wonder” with the campers who will be exploring questions like:
 
What do we notice?
How can this be?
Who am I?
Can new life grow here?
Who are we together?
Where am I called to go?
 
Wonder invites us to slow down.
To pay attention.
To be curious about the world, about ourselves, and about God.
 
It reminds us that faith is not just about having answers, but about being open to what we are still discovering.
 
I hope you will be able, like the campers, to spend time this summer surrounded by creation, community, and new experiences. You are invited to step into that same posture of wonder right where you are.
 
May your eyes stay open to wonder.
May your heart stay curious.
May you notice the goodness around you.
May you remember who you are.
May you trust that new life is possible.
May you belong deeply to others.
And may you go with courage saying, “Here I am Lord.”
Knowing that God is with you in it all. Amen.
