Adult Study at St. Luke's
Wednesdays 6-7 PM
Adult Forums meet during Wednesday Night Live in the Great Hall. Topics vary. This year has included book studies, financial fitness, and currently there is a study on the Gospel of John Narrative Lectionary. Interested in hosting a topic, connect with a staff member.
Small Groups have gathered St. Luke’s members throughout its history. These are often affinity groups who choose their own topics, times, and locations. Groups are encouraged to invite other members. Interested in a small group, the staff will help you find a group or create one.
Sarah Circle is a women’s group that meets monthly for Bible Study and Christian Fellowship. Some members have been a part of the group since the 1960’s. In the 1990’s the circle served funeral luncheons. One funeral had many guests who were Iowa farmers who ate well! We ran out of food and had to get more but still had a great time. We no longer serve luncheons; however we continue to look for projects to help out the church. We gather the first Wednesday of the month at 11 AM. All ages welcome.
